Hello Signoz team, I appreciate the Slack support! Our Signoz dashboard is lacking the ‘+ New Alert Channel’ button. Any ideas?

@Shane Snediker You need to have admin/editor privileges to create a new alert. Can you check from your admin what your privilege level is? Here's the complete matrix https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/authentication/#permission-matrix

@Pranay My boss gave me admin privileges. I’m curious…all I want is to trigger an alert any time our app sends an exception to Signoz. What might the Metric be for that kind of an alert?
