Dear Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with an issue I’m facing while trying to set up OpenTelemetry for my Django application, following the steps outlined in the Signoz blog blog link.. I have configured my Django application using Docker Compose, and I have placed the
gunicorn.config.py
file in the same directory as
manage.py
. However, when attempting to run the application, I encounter the following error: “*Overriding of current TracerProvider is not allowed.”* Furthermore, after successfully starting the application, I am unable to see any services listed in my standalone Signoz server. I have confirmed that the server is accessible via ports 4317 and 4318 for both gRPC and HTTP. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help resolve this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional details or logs you require for further investigation.
