We are already working on adding support for alerts on apdex and error rate easily from services page. Meanwhile @Srikanth Chekuri can share query for creating alert manually using query builder.

A reliable query can’t be written by hand here because the list of operations can dynamically change. There will be a way to create alert directly from chart some time soon.
