No, it doesn’t. Unless one of receivers by design uses/supports UDP. There is no UDP support for OTLP protocol.

There is a UDP log receiver that can be used to receive logs https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/udplogreceiver . But it’s in the alpha stage.
