The documentation states that manual instrumentation can be combined with automatic instrumentation for java applications. Is there an example of this? Having difficultly finding the right set of jars. The documentation here : https://opentelemetry.io/docs/instrumentation/java/manual/ has code snippets and jars to use but the io.opentelemetry.sdk.resources.Resource class is not present in the 1.23.1 sdk jar
