I don't have a v0.11.2 to test with, but in v0.14.0 when I click New Alert it gives me options to create several types of alerts, including Trace Based.

@Timothy Wigginton you should upgrade to the latest version of SigNoz or atleast after 0.11.4? Ability to set alerts on traces was introduced in 0.11.4
