Check if your security group attached to the EC2 instance has port 3301 added to inbound rules. If not you can add it and access it via ip.

Hi, you can try out this receiver https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/awscloudwatchreceiver . Though it is in alpha stage as of now.
