Thank you for a swift reply. Turned out it's a known issue with

@opentelemetry/exporter-trace-otlp-http

that was fixed in ^0.30.0. In case you you can't upgrade due to https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/issues/1212#issuecomment-1173348610. Here's a workaround that should help https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js/issues/2943#issuecomment-1114265125
