i'm using a VM Ubuntu with virtualbox in Windows

ah - we don't support windows as of now - https://signoz.io/docs/install/docker/ I am guessing there might be some issues forwarding the port numbers to local machine. Can you try accessing using ubuntu VM directly via IP?

it was working before. When i restarted the VM it won't work
