@Ani Can you try installing a fresh instance of SigNoz. My guess is that you are facing issues in upgrade

..really sorry but this problem still persists even after installing a new instance I am using node version 18.4.0....and was trying to contribute to the frontend...so my setup consumes just the frontend via the test API endpoint, except that doesn't work anymore. I don't really know.
