yes we tried multiple, and then set up a path, before there were exporting errors, now there arent

Are you able to connect to eks cluster from machine which is generating traces?

@Itay Baror Can you run this troubeshooting binary and share what you get do also check the grid below to confirm if you have specified the SigNoz otel collector end point correctly

@Itay Baror could you resolve the issue? If application logs do not show error about connection issue while exporting data, we might have to drill deeper
