If you can share more details on how your otel collectors are deployed currently - we should be able to help you out.
Couple of common depoyment models:
1.  run otel collectors in nodes ( as agents) and send from these otel collector to SigNoz otel ollector
2. send data directly from applications to SIgNoz otel collector
