This doesn't happen instantly. It happens when CH does the data merges. I believe the default time is 1 day which periodically removes the expired data. So there is a chance that you still see the old data.

Okay so probably at the delay of one day, old days data should be removed!

Correct unless you modify the setting merge_with_tll from default to custom.
