Hello Team, Even though metrics are recorded and I see Total 0-816 Active with 4.4M Samples in metric overview. Once I try to open it with Explorer, I get Aw snap 😕 Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support. And this is happening for all the metrics Can someone please help me regarding this. I'm attaching the screenshot as well

Which version are you using (top left when sidebar is expanded)? I notice the metric you're trying to search for has underscores (along with the metric list), whereas recent versions have migrated to using
.
for separators. If you have upgraded from a version prior to v0.89.0, you will have needed to run the migrations to convert all currently and historical data (see https://signoz.io/docs/operate/migration/upgrade-0.88). If you haven't done this (which looks to be the case), it could explain why you are seeing this error.
