I'm about to update my self-hosted Signoz instance from <http://0.to|0.54 to> the latest release... Should I readknnow aboutr any major changes that would requre  some exztra case ?

Definitely don't do that.  There's a list of intermediate versions you'll need to upgrade to for data migrations:

Another thing to remember if you're using Kubernetes, is that Signoz versions and the Helm chart versions are not the same.  They're just slightly off to make it fun.
