I’m currently using SigNoz version 0.48.1 and need assistance with the following:
1. The Slack alert message shows “*RelatedTraces: View in*” but the link is not working. Could you help me understand why this might be happening?
2. I would like a detailed explanation of each section under "Define Alert Conditions" in the alert configuration. This will help me better understand how alerts are structured and triggered.
3. How can I include the alert triggered timestamp in the Alert Description field for better visibility in Slack notifications?

However, we want to implement and validate alerts in our current v0.48.1 setup itself before upgrading
