08/05/2025, 4:04 PMI'm still fighting with this. For some reason, my values overrides are trying to include an image called signoz-otel-gateway, which seems to not exist. I can't figure out why this is happening. I am studying the charts to see whats going on.

08/08/2025, 1:25 PMi sort of got to the bottom of it... i'm installing using helm from a jumpbox inside a private subnet. my theory is the chart zip was somehow corrupted. i rebuilt that jumpbox and now everything is fine. so i am not sure exactly what was going on but it's better now
