Hi. Can we disable otel-collector-metrics pod in working signoz k8s setup (via helm chart) that we only use to collect logs from our hosts? Would that have any impact on other signoz elements/pods? (so that we can generally reduce cpu/ram usage)

I don't think so, at least not deliberately. We only use this instance of signoz for logs explorer/viewer.
