Hey everyone I am running an instance of signoz self hosted What’s the best practice for backing up and restoring the signoz data in case I need to recreate the instance itself running on?

You can dump the sqlite and create a backup

/var/lib/signoz/signoz.db

, this file in present inside query service.

sqlite from clickhouse? i read about clickhouse backup and restore commands, would that work too?

if you in aws, you can use aws backup and create a snapshot of the EC2

So the sqlite db contains the user data, alerts, dashboards etc.
