<@U02HZM4282H> are you trying to run the `sample-flask-app` as given in the docs or trying to instrument your own flask/tornado application?

<@U02HZM4282H> I was able to replicate the issue. The latest opentelemetry-python release is breaking and hence I have added the versions of last release at <https://github.com/SigNoz/sample-flask-app/blob/master/requirements.txt|requirements.txt>.

You can take a latest pull of <https://github.com/SigNoz/sample-flask-app> and it should run

<@U02HZM4282H> Is port `4317` of your machine hosting SigNoz open? Rest everything seems correct. You might want to re-run `pip3 install -r requirements.txt` and `opentelemetry-bootstrap --action=install`  to confirm all installations are complete

but no errors ... but the app is not ;listed in dashboard

also open port 8887 of machine and open <http://63.21.75.6:8887/metrics> and search for `otelcol_receiver_accepted_spans`
