i am facing issue with signoz move to s3 retention setup i am doing it from ui itself but its not showing on the ui any troubleshootinh guide or anyother way to setup it?? #C01HWQ1R0BC

What does it show?

setting up log retention to 5 days and move to s3 after 1 hour from ui but when i am clicking on save even after one day its not getting updated and i am dong it during less load on clickhouse
