When i enter a webhook url in alert section, and when i click on test button to verify that webhook is working properly or not, i am getting this error "Error Failed to send a test message to this channel, please confirm that the parameters are set correctly" nd this same url is working at other tool in which i have configured monitering. what could be the potentail issue?

The conditions you've set for the alert might not be met, which is why the test isn't triggering. Try adjusting the conditions so that the alert checks the graph for available data. If there's no data in the graph, the alert won't trigger. To test it, modify your conditions to ensure there's some data for the alert to recognize, allowing it to successfully fire a test alert, and once you have tested it then you can use your actual conditions

I was talking about setting up "New Notification Channels" first, bcoz after setting up a notification channel only it will allow me to set a alert condition. @Rohan Prabhu
