Hi everyone. I saw the announcement for the Expert Contributors Program. I had a question regarding it. I noticed that there are only two areas of contributions. Are there any plans (or would it be acceptable) for contributions to the broader OpenTelemetry ecosystem?
The reason I'm asking is that I have a draft PR for this issue: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python/issues/2993
It's been pending for a while. The support from this program would help greatly in pushing this over the finish line. Thoughts?

Currently SigNoz Expert Contributors program is specific to SigNoz and doesn't include opentelemetry contributions.
SigNoz is an open-source APM. It helps developers monitor their applications & troubleshoot problems, an open-source alternative to DataDog, NewRelic, etc.
