we have open telemetry already configure, want to use same open telemetry with and send data to trace, logs and metrics to clickhouse. I want to use signoz for query and alerting. is it possible. if it possible please guide.

Assuming you meant you are using the upstream clickhouse exporters writing telemetry data to clickhouse; no you can't use signoz just for querying and alerting because the schema is completely different. The schema maintained by SigNoz evolves based on our learnings and query-service is only built to be compatible with SigNoz's schema.
