hi, so I'm trying to set autoscaling on the otel-collector pods, it works fine and spins up new pods when the cpu and memory metrics are high, but the new pods are stuck in init, because they are waiting for the schema migrator, is there something in the config that can disable this? or what is the preferred setting when using autoscaling?
