@Patrick Sauerborn have you tried sending to zapier/integromat webhook and then connecting to Discord from there? Might be worth giving a try

Also curious- is your team using Discord for internal communication? We have seen Slack, PagerDuty and OpsGenie etc - but first time seeing. Someone trying to send alerts on Discord 🙂
