Please share more details such as the expected ingest data volume etc.. You can always set the limits to reduce the blast radius.

Sorry I missed this, just seeing this too, so our application is still very small but it's a micro service, so data volume, I don't think we can even max out a 10GB storage for storing logs at the moment

yes, maximum is 30GB

You will be very fine with minimal resources. I would give like 4 CPU and 8-16gb ram.
