Are you sending the traces to agent?

I am not sure what this means, can you please explain better ?

The processors are added to the "otel-agent". However, if the traces are no sent to this agent but instead to another deployment then it will not filter because that deployment doesn't have the processor.

we send the traces to http://signoz-otel-collector.platform.svc.cluster.local:4318/v1/traces, seems its the otel-collector

Yes, so you are not sending it to the agent but to the main collector deployment. Please add the config to the collector which is receiving the trace data.
