I’m facing an issue where some of my services are not showing up in Signoz’s service list (though not all are affected. These services use identical otel library files.) To address this, I’ve undertaken several troubleshooting steps: 1. I captured network packets with tcpdump, confirming that the service data reaches otel-collector at port 4317. 2. In the otel-collector, I’ve set the OTEL_TRACES_EXPORTER to console. 3. I’ve attempted to activate debug logging in otel-collector’s configmap (though I’m not sure if I placed it correctly. )
