The database names are not configurable yet. You can however configure the cluster name for migrations with the command line arg `--cluster`. Can you explain why do you need the Options configurable?

Because, as you just said, only the _migrations_ have a `--cluster` flag. I see no way to configure the _ingestor_ to, then, actually use that cluster, if you don't choose to specifically name it `--cluster "cluster"`, heh.
