Hi team, I wanted to understand the recommended approach to be able to record the request body in our environment for displaying the same on SigNoz - Currently our stack is Node and Typescript which uses opentelemetry instrumentation to record traces and send them to the collector One of the approaches that come to mind is recording the request body using a requestHook in HttpInstrumentation but would love to know if there are other approaches that people use for the same
