yes..you can read the logs from the file using `filelogreceiver` <https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver/filelogreceiver#example---tailing-a-plaintext-file>

in k8s the filelog receiver is already enable IMO and you should see logs from all namespaces
