@Kasim Ali start by checking if your applications are correctly printing logs to the console using the docker log tail command.
If yes then can you go into the
/var/lib/docker/containers/
folder and check if it is getting written to file properly. The file will be
<container_id>/<container_id>.log
which will be present inside the above folder.
