<@U03NTNXNZSQ> Did you reach this trace from the  trace filter page - which shows a list of traces? Was it a very recent trace?

I clicked one of the traces on the Traces Tab and it got there... and yes I think it was a recent trace

I had some OOM issues and I upgraded my deployment, I'll verify it again with the new settings

got it - yeah may be that could be cause of the missing trace.
