currently, SigNoz OtelCollector latest version is synced with OpenTelemetry Collector

, and that version is officially supported.

any plan to support v0.54+ as lower versions are conflicting with the metrics sdk I am using, hence the latest otel collector version works in my case

basically I am using cpp sdk version = 1.4.1 which doe not support old otel collectors hence the need to bump it
