What do you mean _I tried to set it as a different port and see if signoz can still detect data coming from my graphql server?_

Let me rephrase the question, we are trying to deploy signoz on our own server, so the endpoint will not be `127.0.0.1:4317`, so to set the `OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT` as something else, can we set this variable in our .env.js file? Or where else/are there any examples of this? Thanks! <@U01NT95GV8B>
