It gets called automatically as long as the package is installed because the `Distro.configure` is called for all possible distros <https://github.com/lightstep/otel-launcher-python/blob/main/src/opentelemetry/launcher/configuration.py#L380|discovered> in the env. Please uninstall/remove the Lightstep launcher from requirements and let me know if that solves the issue.
