Hi all, Just upgraded to v0.92.1, but get the same problem off the back of a fresh install as well. Preventing me from being able to create any alerts. This is being deployed by Helm chart 0.89.0

I did take a look inside the signoz.db (sqlite), and can confirm the alert manager tables are empty. Wondering if anyone has any ideas?
