Hi! What I have observed is, if I want traces to be working, I have to have my OTEL Collector running locally. In case, I am setting the URL to SigNoz base_url with the relevant headers, the traces don't show up. While if OTEL is locally running and base is pointing to locally running OTEL Collector then it is working fine. Whereas the docs suggest that either way should be fine.
