:bug: *failed to create clickhouse client when connecting to external ClickHouse instance in ClickHouse Cloud*

Hi team, I tried to use Signoz (deployed via helm chart) with an external ClickHouse. I followed the instructions <https://signoz.io/docs/operate/clickhouse/external-clickhouse/#for-kubernetes-users|here>.
But the signoz-otel-collector keeps crashing, the error log is like (see the image):

The version is `0.128.0`

Do you have any ideas?

I checked the connection settings, they should be correct.

Did anyone encountered similar problems for external ClickHouse before?
