I'm using SigNoz Community Edition and have a question about anomaly-based alerts.

*Current situation:*
• In my Alerts UI, I only see: Metric, Log, Trace, and Exception based alerts
• I don't see "Anomaly-based Alert" as an option
• I have try in both version 0.75 and 0.85.3

*Questions:*
1. Are anomaly-based alerts available in the Community Edition?
2. If yes, which version introduced this feature?
3. If not, is this a SigNoz Cloud exclusive feature?

I saw the documentation mentions anomaly-based alerts, so wanted to clarify the availability. Any guidance would be appreciated!
