I am currently evaluating SigNoz and had a quick query regarding its capabilities. Specifically, I would like to know:
• Does SigNoz support CPU profiling?
• If yes, does it also provide method-level hotspot analysis (i.e., the ability to identify methods with high CPU usage)?
• Are there any prerequisites or configuration steps required to enable this feature, particularly for Java/Scala applications using the OTel Java Agent?

As a follow-up, I’d like to ask if CPU profiling and method hotspot analysis are on your product roadmap. If so, do you have a tentative timeline or version in which this might be introduced?
These features are quite valuable for performance debugging in production environments, and we’d love to understand if and when we can expect them in SigNoz.

Profiling is not part of our short term roadmap. Profiling was introduced in OTel recently and we would like to support profiling as it becomes stable with OTel. We don't have any timelines to be shared on this.
