Following the "get-started-with-signoz-cloud" guide, I started the demo app, but don't see anything under services (i have added ingestion key & region).
SigNoz is an open-source APM. It helps developers monitor their applications & troubleshoot problems, an open-source alternative to DataDog, NewRelic, etc.
