Can we monitor kubenetes cluster also from signoz?

The docs should work fine. However, we can skip from Step 1 to Step 3 in case of new SigNoz chart because the components being similar to k8s-infra. We could update the instructions to switch from otel-collector-k8s repo to k8s infra chart (for external K8s cluster)
