Is it zero all the time or just when you select small time range like 5 mins?

deselect the idle time and share the values for other states for last 30 mins
Or just share the values for user and system cpu time states
I see from the above graph it's idle almost all the time, if so, the cpu is not being used at all.

Strange, till yesterday night all services, logs , traces, in every page I was able to see the data and list of services. This morning I don't see anything, is it because no one is using the configured vms right now ?

Probably a different issue. Check logs of collector and clickhouse.
