It does not appear so. The open source / self hosted option is limited to basic APM, Logs, Metrics, Dashboards, and Alerts. Some of the more advanced things like the recently announced AWS integration, Anomoly Detection, and others are Enterprise features, which for self-hosted will cost $2500 USD per month to obtain
