Which data? Is it the sqlite that contain dashboards/alerts or application telemetry data

We can help with dashboards and user data, but migrating the telemetry won't be feasible currently.

Yes, you can have custom domain. For migrating the alerts, pipelines and dashboards, you will have to share us the local sqlite db used. Are you on docker or k8s?
