We ran into an issue where we would need to use this new patched version of the OTEL collector but it has not yet been pulled in by SigNoz. This is blocking a certain fix we wish to do with a Tail Sampling Processor policy that relies on this change: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/pull/36673. Was wondering when will the team update past v0.116.0+ so that we can use the fix in our PROD pipeline? cc @Pranay
