I want to know why accessing v2 and v3 api results in a 404 error.

Hi, since you are using a self hosted deployment there are no licenses present in your instance. You can cleanup the local storage and try reloading the page, the crash issue is unrelated to this.

The issue has been fixed and will be available in the next public release, which is scheduled for tomorrow

I faced the same issue, clear site data helped fixed it
