What do you mean by "services metrics are not available"?

Dear @Srikanth Chekuri
Configured signoz tool behind organization proxy, as we don't have docker hub access to pull signoz images, so we shifted docker images manually offline mode and than ran docker-compose up
signoz application successfully enabled between JBoss JVM application node ( as per signoz docs # https://signoz.io/docs/tutorial/opentelemetry-binary-usage-in-virtual-machine/ selfhost VM) and signoz configured in another vm with docker compose with steps followed ( https://signoz.io/docs/install/docker/ - Docker standalone)
Attached signoz docker process all are running
issue : Traces and logs metrics are fetched from JBoss application node but no services metrics available in signoz frontend UI 3301
I would need your valuable suggestion to investigate reason behind service metrics unavailability issue
i'm suspecting, this is due to internal network issue and couldn't identify exact reason after spending lot of time
